Conversations with Great Minds: Introducing Dr. Serelda Herbin

In honor of Black History month, we are shining a spotlight on some of our local change makers who are creating history in their daily lives. This week we are sitting down with Author and Leadership Coach Dr. Serelda Herbin. Dr. Serelda Herbin is a remarkable entrepreneur and Army veteran who has made significant contributions to the literary world and mental health advocacy.

Dr. Serelda Leads

Her journey from Louisiana to graduating from Grambling State University to becoming a successful author and advocate is truly inspiring. Dr. Herbin’s dedication to empowering others to tell their stories and overcome their fears of writing is commendable. Her commitment to promoting empathy, true connection, and the importance of communication in today’s world is a valuable contribution to society.

Dr. Herbin has a proven method that she offers to those who are ready! Through her Master Class “Use Your Words” and events like “Word it Write,” Dr. Herbin is providing a platform for aspiring writers to discover their inner voice and share their stories of empowerment and healing.

Dr. Serelda’s story is truly inspiring and showcases the power of determination, faith, and breaking through stereotypes. Overcoming challenges and self-doubt to achieve a significant milestone like writing a book in a shorter time frame is a remarkable accomplishment.
