Youth Athlete Mental Health Workshop coming to Dumfries

Our youth are facing tremendous attacks against their mental health. This is especially true within the athletic environment.

On April 30th at 10:00am in Dumfries, there is going to be a workshop to help them learn to identify the attacks and leverage the tools and resources available to them.

Taking place at Five14 Art Studio on Lansing Court, the panelists are experienced, certified mental health professionals and are passionate about helping parents and youth be victorious mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
