Date/Time: Sunday, October 10th, 10am-2pm

Location: Clearbrook Center of the Arts, 2230 Tacketts Mill Dr B, Lake Ridge, VA 22192

What can you expect?

The event will open up with a panel discussion about health & wellness. We will have informational tables, blood pressure and diabetes screening from Dr. Garrett-Scott. We will also have interactive workshops, healthy refreshments and more!

Liletta Harlem

Liletta Harlem is an Author of Celebrating A Legacy of Courage and Resolve, and I can fix my… She is an Event Coordinator, Motivational Speaker, Women's Group Facilitator for Domestic Violence. Liletta is also the Host and Producer of the YouTube Series Pivotal Moments with Liletta, and CEO and Founder of her company, My Natural Me which focuses on empowering and uplifting women. Liletta has received various community awards, including, Women of Power, Domestic Violence Awareness, Successful Women award from Old Navy, and an award plaque from the Town of Dumfries, to name a few. She continues to do various speaking engagements, workshops and she also spends her time volunteering in the community to help people enhance and improve their lives.
