You Had to Be There: “Fore the Love of Fathers” Golf Fundraiser
by Queenie McLean
The “Fore the Love of Fathers” Golf Fundraiser wasn’t just a success—it was a moment when community, purpose, and impact came together. A moment you’ll want to say you were a part of… next time.
Purpose-Driven from the First Swing
Jordan Fischer received the 2025 Mentee of the Year award, and opened the day by accepting her $500 scholarship with pride and emotion. Her heartfelt remarks reminded everyone that “mentorship is transformation in action.”
Even with threatening skies, the energy was undeniable.
A host of Volunteers led by Sandra “Queenie” Mclean arrived at 7 AM.
Players enjoyed 18 holes, a $10,000 Hole-in-One Contest, and an unforgettable Caviar-tasting station courtesy of La Grande Caviar Bar—the first-ever on-course grand caviar experience.
This wasn’t just a tournament. It was a movement.
