Makya Little, 2023 candidate for Virginia House of Delegates’ 19th District, issued the following statement in response to the leaked United States Supreme Court draft decision in
the landmark Roe v Wade ruling:

“I am proudly part of the pro-choice majority in this country and will always fight to protect abortion rights. I will fervently push back against efforts to put these decisions in the hands of government
instead of with us and our doctors, where it belongs. I will do everything in my power when elected to ensure that the residents of Fairfax and Prince William Counties know that their Delegate will
advocate for their reproductive freedom from day one in office.”
