According to two anonymous sources who spoke with the Washington Post, Delegate Jennifer Carroll Foy plans to resign from her seat in the Virginia House of Delegates on Friday. Carroll Foy was the first Democrat to announce her candidacy in the 2021 gubernatorial race, and she is likely resigning to shift her focus to that election.
