Supervisor Margaret Angela Franklin Elected Vice-Chair of Prince William Board of County Supervisors

Supervisor Margaret Angela Franklin was elected at Tuesday’s Board of  County Supervisors (BOCS) meeting as Vice-Chair for 2022. Supervisor Franklin previously served  as Chair Pro-Temp in 2020 and 2021. The vote was unanimous. 

Upon her election by the BOCS, Supervisor Franklin expressed her sincere thanks for their vote of confidence. 

According to Franklin, “I look forward to working with my colleagues to ensure that Prince William County continues to be one of the premiere jurisdictions in this country.”

Franklin currently serves as the Woodbridge District Supervisor as well as the Chair of OmniRide, and Chair of the Virginia Railway Express (VRE) Operations Board and is a member of the Coalition of 100 Black Women, Prince William County Chapter.
