Dr. Sherrie Johnson introduces her new book, “Authentic Leadership in the Workplace”
Being your authentic self as a leader and creating better employee job performance.
(WOODBRIDGE, VA) – Dr. Sherrie Johnson, President and CEO of Sherrie Johnson Communications LLC launches a new book titled “Authentic Leadership in the Workplace.”
This new book discusses the unethical behavior of leaders and the importance of positive leadership in the workplace to benefit employees and improve work performance.
Dr. Johnson found that suffering occurred when many employees worked in offices or organizations and succumb to mental disorders that were due to malicious behaviors at
the hands of their leaders. Leadership styles, therefore, have been widely studied in literature to see how leaders not only made decisions but also how they solved problems and issues that influenced the successes, failures, and job performance of organizations.
With the rise in ethical concerns and scandals among organizations, interest in positive leadership styles escalated. The book is currently available for purchase at
