Prince William County to host expungement clinic this Saturday

If you are struggling to get a job or access housing due to an old or inaccurate charge on your criminal record, we are here to help!  

Please join Prince William County officials at an expungement clinic this Saturday, Nov. 19, where we will assist community members looking to correct harmful inaccuracies or outdated charges on their records. Errors can result from anything from mismatched identities to a failure to update records with the correct case information. 

Please note that convictions are not eligible for expungement, but charges that did not result in a conviction may be. If you are not sure if you are eligible, please come to see if we can help. 

WHO: Delegate Elizabeth Guzman, Commonwealth’s Attorney Amy Ashworth, Prince William County Sheriff Glen Hill, Clerk of Circuit Court Jacqueline Smith, Neabsco Supervisor Victor Angry, and Occoquan Supervisor Kenny Boddye. 

WHERE: CASA Welcome Center. 2359 Research Ct. Woodbridge VA 22192.

WHEN: Saturday, Nov. 19 from 10 a.m. to noon.
