Woodbridge, Va.–Supervisors Margaret Franklin and Kenny Boddye, along with leadership of VOICE, will hold a joint press conference at 6:00pm today after the Prince William Board of County Supervisors vote on the proposed Affordable Dwelling Unit (AfDU) Ordinance — a historic step toward addressing the region’s growing housing challenges.

The AfDU Ordinance is the culmination of a multi-year effort to ensure Prince William remains a place where residents of all ages, incomes, and professions can thrive. It will work in tandem with other recent Board initiatives, including the Affordable Housing Trust Fund, a strengthened housing office, and an updated Comprehensive Plan.
