Prince William County Office of Equity and Inclusion host Virtual Meeting to Discuss Diversity

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA – The Executive Management Office of Equity and Inclusion will host a virtual meeting on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at 7:00 p.m.  The theme of the meeting is “Partners in Equity.”  The goal is to gather community input about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Senior Equity and Inclusion Coordinator Rashawn Webster will host the program.

Community engagement is critical to the success of Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI). Learning what community groups need from the government will help the county refine its services to better serve the community.

In its second year, the Executive Management Office of Equity and Inclusion will seek community engagement from the public with an emphasis on getting input from 18 – to 36-year-olds, immigrants, communities of faith, and Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender (LGBT) communities.
