Prince William County Community Foundation awarded prestigious Howard L. Greenhouse Large Grant Continuation by Potomac Health Foundation

The Prince William County Community Foundation (PWCCF) is thrilled to announce that it has been selected as a 2024-2025 recipient of the esteemed Howard L. Greenhouse Large Grant Continuation by the Potomac Health Foundation. This significant award will support the ongoing efforts of the Combating Hunger on Wheels (C.H.O.W.) Wagon Initiative from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.

The C.H.O.W. Wagon Initiative is a critical program aimed at addressing food insecurity and ensuring that vulnerable populations within Prince William County have access to nutritious meals. This grant continuation will enable PWCCF to expand its reach and impact, furthering its mission to combat hunger and improve the well-being of the community.
