Fredericksburg Regional Black Restaurant Week (To Go!)

The Pandemic is still here and many of us are still stuck in the house. Looking for something to do to spice things up? Check out the Fredericksburg Regional Black Restaurant Week- to-go! You can enjoy checking out these amazing restaurants with all the safety of getting your food to go!

Fredericksburg Regional Black Restaurant Week (FXBGbrw) is a local initiative based on the principles of great food, culture, and community in the Fredericksburg, Stafford, and Spotsylvania areas. The Black restaurant experience is not a new concept, however, the visibility of Black-owned restaurants in these communities continues to be under-represented.

The mission of FXBGbrw is to:

  • Increase the visibility of local Black-owned restaurants;
  • Assist with the financial recovery of participating restaurants due to the economic disruption attributed to COVID-19; and
  • Reinvest into our local community by connecting consumers with black-owned restaurants and entrepreneurs (Caterers, Bakers, Personal Chefs, etc.) to bridge the disparity in wealth.

Join the Virginia Black Business Directory as they kick off Winter Restaurant Week (To-Go) on Friday, February 19th at 11:00am-12:00pm
