Last week we visited the Holiday Market at Woodbridge Senior High School, where vendors were already in the festive spirit by offering their products to potential buyers. Among the idealistic business owners was one Veronica Reid, who took her love of natural hair and created Natural 4U Products, which specializes in organic hair and body products for all women.

She discussed what she enjoyed most about being at the event. “What I found most enjoyable was that there were a variety of customers willing to give small business owners and opportunity by purchasing our products and it was nice to see the community come out and support an event like this,” Reid quoted in an interview on Saturday.

We asked her why create a natural hair and body product line? “The importance of having a natural hair care business is that it gives people options of buying a product that is all natural and has does not have chemicals that will harm them.”

What would you say to those who may be a bit hesitant to start their own business, regardless of the concept?

She responded, “I would say that if you have a business idea to just go for it. Now is the time, there’s never going to be a perfect time to start a business. If you have a dream or a thought, do your research, and put for the effort to make it successful.”
