DON’T FORGET YOUR SECOND DOSE

Come get your second dose of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine beginning at 8 a.m. on May 6 in MAP Clinic site. The clinic is located at the Manassas Park Community Center (99 Adams St, Manassas Park, VA 20111).

Getting both doses increases the chances that people will have enough antibodies to protect them. After two doses, both Moderna and Pzifer provide nearly 100% protection against severe COVID-19, hospitalization and death. Also, it is critical to get the second dose, which provides protection against COVID-19 virus variants.

DID YOU KNOW?

Now you can get your second dose (Moderna or Pfizer) wherever you want! You no longer have to get the second dose where you received your first dose of vaccine.

If it has been 28 days (Moderna) or 21 days (Pfizer) since your first dose, schedule your own second dose appointment by visiting vase.vdh.virginia.gov.

  1. Enter your zip code
  2. Select 25-miles for the Distance Range
  3. Select your vaccine type (Moderna or Pfizer)
