Circuit Court Clerk’s Seals on Wheels is Returning in Early 2024

Seals on Wheels, the Circuit Court Clerk’s mobile services center, is set to return to communities in Prince William County, Manassas, and Manassas Park in February 2024. The first of its kind in Virginia and the United States, Seals on Wheels was created by the Circuit Court Clerk, Jacqueline C. Smith to make her services available to residents at times and locations convenient to them.

Residents can save time and money by visiting Seals on Wheels at locations near their homes. One Saturday each month, Clerk services are available to residents, including marriage licenses, name changes, notary oaths, concealed handgun permits, and more. The Seals on Wheels 2024 schedule will kick off with several local events in partnership with neighborhood libraries. More dates will be added to the Seals on Wheels program throughout 2024.

Early Dates Set for Seals on Wheels 2024:

  • February 17 – Montclair Library (11 a.m. – 1 p.m.)
  • February 24 – Elder Care Resource Fair Potomac Library (10 a.m. – 1 p.m.)
  • March 9 – Manassas City Library (10 a.m. – 1 p.m.)
  • April 20 – Bull Run Library (10 a.m. – 1 p.m.)
  • May 18 – Dale City Library (10 a.m. – 1 p.m.)
  • June 15 – Dumfries Library (10 a.m. – 1 p.m.)
  • July 13 – Potomac Library (10 a.m. – 1 p.m.)
