Circuit Court Clerk Brings Services to Constituents on Saturdays

Jacqueline C. Smith, Esq., Clerk of the Circuit Court, is bringing her services to the streets. Clerk Smith is launching her latest outreach initiative, “Seals on Wheels”, a fully mobile service center to make the Clerk’s services even more accessible and convenient to her constituents.

Residents of Prince William County, Manassas and Manassas Park can now access the most popular services provided by the Clerk by visiting Seals on Wheels at various sites throughout the jurisdiction on select Saturdays. The public can file marriage license applications, notary oaths of office, concealed handgun permits, and much more – all at a location near home and during new Saturday hours.

On May 20, 2023, the Clerk will launch her Seals on Wheels Tour at the Dumfries Library. Seals on Wheels will continue rolling though the jurisdiction with stops at seven (7) libraries thanks to a partnership with Prince William County Libraries.  The program will soon add dates in Manassas and Manassas Park.
