Becoming Disciplined with Entrepreneur and Speaker McArthur Glaze

McArthur Glaze shares an array of life experiences, both positive and negative ones alike, to cultivate a life that speaks to the heart of a generation in terms that come effectively from a “veteran”.

McArthur’s life has mirrored many of the lives of youth he serves in his diverse professional career. McArthur is a social entrepreneur, speaker/trainer that has a passion to correct the generational ill’s and challenges that hinder today’s youth. A native of South Bay, Florida, he grew up without either biological parent, he rebelled against traditional education systems as a teen, he experimented with drugs and had brushes with law enforcement.

Transformed as a young adult, he began giving messages of hope and purpose to young people entrapped in negative circumstances like he had been. His determination, commitment and belief in his ability to go beyond being labeled a failure to creating a successful logistics company, nonprofit organization and now a professional speaking/training platform with other brands to come exhibits his don’t quit character. McArthur’s sensitivity and understanding of the plight of children journeying in the wrong direction is real.

This allows him to speak directly into their situations with clarity and thought-provoking wisdom, creating a call to consciousness. Read about his incredible journey in the latest episode of Becoming Disciplined.
