Prince William County Community Foundation announces scholarship & micro-grant programs

During the pandemic, both teachers and students have faced several challenges, from adapting to a new learning environment to a curriculum change. It has created a need in which the Prince William County Community Foundation is looking to fulfill.

For years, the PWCCF has assisted students throughout the county, providing scholarships that would enable them to reach their goals at the next academic level. Recently, they announced their 2022 scholarship program for Prince William County high school seniors. The requirements for the program are as follows:

  • Must demonstrate a passion for serving their local community
  • Must have a financial need to pursue post-high school course of study at either college/university or other post-secondary educational institutions

As for educations, PWCCF is also featuring a micro-grant program to assist up to 10 educators.
