About Xavier Epps:

Embracing his passion for ensuring that people receive accurate and detailed financial analyses, Xavier founded XNE Financial Advising, LLC in 2011. Xavier’s industry experience stems back to 2003 across all industries (private, public, and non-profit). His prior roles include licensed Financial Broker in Wall Street for FBR Capital Markets, Finance Analysis Manager for National Children’s Center, Inc., Senior Grants Financial Analyst with the National Wildlife Federation, Senior Financial Analyst for United States Postal Service, and Senior Budget Analyst for the Office of the Inspector General of USPS.

Xavier is a graduate of Southeastern University, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management and graduated cum laude. His certifications include Licensed IRS Registered Tax Return Preparer, IRS AFSP, State of Maryland Tax Practitioner License, Intuit QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel License User.
