My Natural Me to host Empowerment workshop at Georgetown South

On July 17 at Georgetown South in Manassas, My Natural Me will host a new program designed to help teenage girls and their parents with empowerment and positive self-imagery. The nonprofit organization focuses on providing specialized programs and resources to address mental health, caregiving responsibilities, career demands, and financial literacy.

The program will cover essential topics such as:

  • Self-image
  • Self-love
  • Social Media
  • Internal Beauty
  • Healthy Relationships
  • Mom and Daughter Dynamics

Leading the initiative will be Frankie and Olga Macias of F&O Business Solutions. They will be engaging with Hispanic students in both their language and appreciation of cultural heritage.
