Prince William County Seeking New Community Partners
Prince William County works extensively with numerous community partners that often help deliver needed services to residents. Community partners are nonprofit organizations receiving money directly from the county government.
Community partners can help the county conserve scarce resources by leveraging county funding with nonprofit spending to get more help and services to more people more effectively.
Prince William County is actively looking for new community partners.
The application period for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to request funding is now open and will remain open until Jan. 26.
New nonprofits that qualify as community partners will have existed in the community for at least three years and have an identifiable executive director and board of directors.
Organizations that meet the criteria to become a community partner should complete the FY2025 New Partner Request Form. Applicants will need to include a brief description of their organization, the requested donation amount, and the services the organization intends to provide to the Prince William County community, along with performance metrics.
New community partner funding requests will be evaluated in a competitive award process. The applications will be reviewed by the Prince William Board of County Supervisors and awarded on the application’s merits.
Applications can be submitted via email to budget@pwcgov.org or mailed to:
