PW Perspective is excited to begin our new series featuring local artists. We believe it is important to support our community and the artistic individuals that make it wonderfully diverse. For our first feature, we would like to introduce Toby Porter of Prince William County. We want to thank him for submitting his work and we’re excited to support his artistic journey.

Porter graduated this year from Charles J. Colgan Sr. High School. He would like to express gratitude to his teachers Mrs. Burns, Ms. Braney, and Mr. Nance for being great art instructors.
