EVENT: TeamSmile along with United Concordia Dental are working together with the Prince
William County Community Foundation to provide free dental preventative care services
to children in the Prince William County area while promoting the significance of proper
oral health. TeamSmile will host the Back-to-School Phase II program which will provide
preventative care and oral health education.

ATTENDING: Children of the Prince William County school district (registration forms will be at the
program for parents to fill out). Families can arrive from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

DATE: Friday, August 11, 2023

TIME: Media is invited to attend between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
General public (families with children from 1 years old to 18 years old) can arrive from 9-4
