Dr. Julia Biggins announces withdrawal from school board race

In a tweet released yesterday, Dr. Julia Biggins announced she is withdrawing from the Prince William County School Board Chair race. She was running against incumbent Dr. Babur Lateef.

Despite support from organizations such as the Prince William Education Association encouraging her to continue running, she made the decision in part due to the endorsement process, which has been a topic of controversy for many of the newer candidates.
