Announcing the eagerly anticipated 3rd Annual Best Business in DMV Awards! We’re thrilled to present the finest businesses and entrepreneurs shaping success in the DMV (DC, MD, and Virginia) community.

This year, we’ve streamlined our categories to truly celebrate excellence in the region!

Nominees have been selected, and our panel of judges will select the best in business and announce at the Award Gala. Take a look at this year’s categories:

Innovation Excellence Award: Recognizing businesses that have showcased remarkable innovation in their products, services, or operations, leading to positive industry disruption or significant advancements.

Community Impact Award: Commending businesses for their substantial contributions to local communities through philanthropic initiatives, community engagement, and social responsibility programs.

Entrepreneurial Spirit Award: Acknowledging startups or emerging businesses demonstrating exceptional entrepreneurship, resilience, and growth potential in the DMV region.

Customer Excellence Award: Recognizing businesses that excel in delivering outstanding customer experiences, surpassing expectations, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Media Excellence Award: Acknowledging remarkable achievements in media and journalism within the DMV region. This encompasses exceptional reporting, storytelling, and journalistic integrity across various platforms.

Excellence in Writing Award: Honoring individuals or businesses showcasing exceptional writing skills and a commitment to the written word within the DMV area, including literature, content creation, blogging, and other written communication forms.

This year’s Keynote Speaker of the Award Gala is Award Winning Ken Moorman. Ken Moorman is the founder of the community’s award winning coffee shop, Jirani Coffeehouse. In addition, Ken Moorman is the author of the successful book “On The Other Side Of My Dream”, and advises entrepreneurs on how to achieve your visions and dreams while coping with loss.
